    RETURNS POLICY & SECURITY

    We take great care to provide you with an accurate description and photo images of the product, however some colours may appear differently to the actual product when compared to that on your computer screen. Any irregularities or imperfections in the products are part of the characteristics of the vintage fabric used. Refunds will not be issued due to a variation of colour or imperfection in the fabric.

    RETURNS POLICY

    If you would like to return your order please EMAIL us first at sfhutson@bigpond.net.au , so we can give your a safe return address.

    All full priced items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel to receive a refund or exchange.

    The item must be returned at the customer’s cost and a postal tracking service must be used (a tracking number is provided free of charge by Australia Post on the receipt). 

    There are NO refunds on sale items or purchases with a Promotional Code.

    In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 2 working days of receipt.

    We will process the refund within 5 business days of your parcel arriving at the safe returns address previously emailed. A confirmation email will also be sent.

    All items must be returned to us unwashed, unworn and with swing tags attached.
