    We ship all around Australia and overseas.

    Here is a quick breakdown of our shipping costs:

    All items are sent by Australia Post.

    We post all items under 500gms at a super cheap flat rate of $7.95 within Australia.  

    We post all orders over 500gm at $10 within Australia(includes Bulky orders such as Baskets & Hats).


    All overseas orders start at a flat rate of $25 for parcels under 300gm such as Earrings. Parcels over 300gm start at $45 for postage. More than 1 item, the price will increase. STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON OVERSEAS ORDERS(as it is just too expensive to post back).

     We offer a Click and Collect service that you can buy online and pick up from our New Farm Boutique, no shipping costs will apply. Our Boutique is located on the corner of Moray St and Merthyr Rd, New Farm in Brisbane, QLD.

    When can you expect to receive your one-of-a-kind pieces?

    Once payment has been confirmed, all products will be posted within 2-3 business days of the order received. We do not take responsibility for the time Australia Post takes to deliver your products. Please note, no shipments are made on Public Holidays or Weekends.

    Does my parcel come with a Tracking Number?

    Yes. You will receive a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on how your parcel is tracking via the Australia Post website. If delivery problems occur please contact your local Post Office. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.

    SFH Designs is not responsible for missing or damaged parcels once handed over to Australia Post.  It is up to the recipient to have a secure and correct postal address. We accept no liability once Australia Post has confirmed delivery by tracking number.  If your parcel is returned to us, due to non collection at your Post office within their time frame, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the order to be resent. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
