Brisbane based stylist Sarah Hutson is the CEO and Creative Designer of Bulimba based Boutique; Miss Opulence presented by SFH Designs. Her boutique is an entertaining shopping experience for fashion and colour enthusiasts of all ages. Sarah discovered her true joy for colour and fashion in 2013, inspiring her to create the SFH Designs brand. Now with many years of bringing such joy through creative fashion parades with her unique and vibrant fashions and supporting many local female creatives, her previously owned New Farm Boutique became a hub for community spirit and creative expression. In 2020 she was included in the Women’s Network Australia book production of ‘Humble Leaders’ plus received a ‘Pride of Workmanship’ Award from Rotary New Farm for her continued charity work. Most recently Sarah was asked to be the ‘Spirit’ Judge for Dancing CEOs, a fundraiser for Women’s Legal Services Queensland which supports women and children affected by domestic violence, with over $1 million raised in 2024. To top off Sarah’s achievements, she was the winner of the inaugural IMPACT Awards QLD for Women’s Network Australia 2023 and winner of the BEAM in Business - Fashion Business of the Year 2024. Sarah Hutson is a businesswoman living her values through business success and community services. She is a passionate advocate for being your authentic self and bringing all women together through colourful fashions, community workshops, and local artists collaborations.

Pom Poms, avant-garde embroidery, fluor-accented tassels...SFH Designs products are colourful and distinctive, with a global take on vintage and traditional fashions. Products are ethically sourced to bring together a rich collection of colour and culture. The understanding of 'wearable art' is visible in SFH Designs product range; from hand-embroidered decorations on Mexican Boho dresses, the charm of the 'one of a kind' Goddess Collars and Colourful Pom Pom Clutches from Northern Thailand to statement-making Sequined Baskets hand made by Moroccan artisans.  SFH Designs is a round the world trip of 'must have' vibrant fashion pieces with a colourful story to tell.SFH Designs was launched in July 2013 by Brisbane based Stylist Sarah Hutson, whose love for colourful handbags from around the world inspired her own brand SFH Designs. Sarah's desire to spread the 'love and happiness' that these bags gave her, led her to expanding the range to include stylish and affordable clothing from local designers. SFH Designs allows Sarah to keep learning, creating and being inspired by her colourful lifestyle, love for fashion and home interiors.  

1st JULY 2019 - We are still here and are now called SFH Designs Boutique. Located on the corner of Moray St and Merthyr Rd, New Farm QLD 4005.

11th MARCH 2019 - We have opened our 'Miss Opulence' POP UP Shop in New Farm, on the corner of Moray St & Merthyr Rd (Shop 3/158 Moray St, New Farm).

1st July 2013 - Welcome to our home studio in Greenslopes.
